1. General Terms

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Shipping Terms

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery charge ৳200 (Delivery within 24-48 Hours).
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery charge ৳350 (Delivery within 2-3 Days).
• Customers are encouraged to inspect the machine carton upon arrival before completing payment to the delivery courier.

3. Nagad Advance & TrxID Verification

If you choose Nagad as your payment confirmation method, please send money to our official number and submit the exact Sender Number and Transaction ID (TrxID) in the direct order form.

4. 1-Year Comprehensive Service Warranty

Every machine purchase is backed by our 1 Year Service Warranty under the following conditions:

• Covers technical malfunctions, motor mechanism issues, and electronic sensor defects.
• Free replacement support during the first 7 days if any transit defect is reported.
• Continuous availability of spare parts and replacement accessories.
